East London - Eastern Cape Department of Education MEC, Fundile Gade will on Thursday, 9 September 2021, handover 23 seater Mercedes Benz designed buses to six special schools at the Mandla Makupula Institute, Buffalo City Education district, 10:00 am.
These busses are part of the Department's plan to ensure access to education for all learners including those with disabilities.
Furthermore, the busses have special fitted features to accommodate and transport learners on wheelchairs too.
